The Equi-N-icE Cooling Horse Bandage provides cooling action through
evaporation. Designed to be applied directly to a horse’s leg, it provides an
alternative to ice packs and other techniques. Such alternative techniques
allow cold temperatures to come into contact with the horse’s leg causing
extreme pain or possible tissue damage.
The Equi-N-icE bandage, by its design and use of evaporation, avoids such problems. Equi-N-icE products achieve fast, effective temperature reduction without actually using ice. It is quickly and easily applied and highly effective having undergone stringent trials and testing.
The cooling bandage is applied using normal bandaging techniques and can be fasten using the Velcro wrap, making applying and removing the bandage quick and easy.
Perfect for bruises, swelling, strains and sprains, particularly with ligaments and tendons.
Ideal as a travel bandage as it keeps the horse legs cool, especially effective when worn under the Cool Air Travel Boots (coming soon).
