great acclaim. Unique, 21st Century alternative, to the sweat rug. Brings
overall body temperature down fast and safely. Unlike sweat rugs the Rapid
Cooler (horse) Rug manages heat loss through convection and evaporation.

The Equi-N-icE Rapid Cooler Rug is unique. An alternative to sweat rugs, the Equi-N-icE horse rug provides optimum cooling through evaporation and convection.
The horse rug itself is made from Coolmax® fabric. The inherent cool properties of this fabric are already well known amongst human athletes. Equiplus have now ensured that your equine athletes can benefit as well. The Coolmax fabric is treated with Equi-N-icE Coolant which encourages the evaporation, the rate of which is effectively managed by the rug.
During competition and strenuous exercise heat product can increase by as much as 50%. The Rapid Cooler Rug provides for quick and easy “all body” temperature reduction either after the event or indeed even in preparation - particularly in warmer climates for events.
