Orders placed with Equi-N-icE Ireland will normally be dispatched with 2 working days.

All on-line orders are processed securely using PayPal, Equinice Ireland does not see nor retain any of your payment related information.

When you are asked to enter payment details, in respect of an order, you will notice the ‘padlock’ symbol in your browser. This is your sign that the transaction has moved from our servers to PayPal's secure payment servers.

If you receive defective goods from us, or if the goods don’t meet the description given, you have 14 days to return the products to us and your purchase will be replaced or refunded as appropriate. Provided the goods have not been used or mishandled when outside our control.

All deliveries from Equi-N-icE Ireland will be made by Royal Mail or DHL as appropriate.
